Hosted by Dr. Allyssa Soto & Julia Daoud

This is more than a certification.

It is an opportunity to experience Yoga as it was meant to be lived:

• A daily rhythm
• A steady discipline
• A return to presence

Over three nourishing and transformative weeks, you will step away from the distractions of daily life and into an environment designed for steady growth.

Surrounded by ocean air, tropical landscapes, and a supportive community, you'll be invited to live your practice each day through asana, pranayama, meditation, study, and reflection.

BHUMI YTT is a fully immersive 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training rooted in Eastern wisdom and held in the natural beauty of Sri Lanka.

The teachings shared in this training are grounded in the classical foundations of Yoga, preserved through traditional study and lived practice. Here Yoga is approached as a complete path: one that integrates movement, breath, philosophy, discipline, and self-inquiry.
